From first sketch to a domain you own.
Every project runs through the same four stages. You always know which one you are in, what is expected of you, and what happens next.
What you get
Design
We start with the screens your customers actually use: the phone. Each page is laid out on a 360 px screen first and widened from there, so nothing gets “adapted” badly later.

Build
The site is built to spec: semantic HTML, modern CSS, and a few kilobytes of JavaScript where it earns its place. That means a fast first paint on a weak connection and no plugin updates to babysit.

Launch

04 Questions
The things people ask on the first call.
How long does a website take?
Two to three weeks from the kickoff call for a standard five-page site, assuming photos and copy are ready in the first week. A single-page site is usually faster; online booking takes longer.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and the design, content, and code are yours. Ask for a copy at any point and we will send the files and transfer the hosting.
What counts as a content update?
Text, prices, hours, photos, menu items, staff bios, and new reviews. New pages, online booking, or a second language are quoted separately before any work starts.
Can you keep my current domain and email?
Yes. We point the domain at the new site and set up SSL, and your email keeps working throughout. If the domain is locked to another provider, we will walk you through the transfer.
Do you write the content?
We structure it, edit it, and write the first draft from your notes. You supply the facts and the photos; we make sure the page reads clearly and ranks for the terms your customers search.
Do you only work in Toronto?
We meet in person across Toronto and the GTA, and work remotely with businesses elsewhere in Ontario. Time zones outside Eastern Time are usually a stretch for our school-year schedule.
What happens if I cancel?
Send an email with 30 days’ notice. Your site stays live to the end of the period you have paid for, then we hand over the code, content, and domain. There is no cancellation fee.
